## About

I started in 2014 at Tecred, with PHP and MySQL. At ReferenceCheck MX I spent five and a half years building from scratch the platform that replaced the company's entire Excel-based operation. In 2022 I joined ComparaOnline, an insurance and financial services comparison platform, where I have worked on five product teams and am now Tech Lead.

I work mostly with TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL and React, and with AI agents (Claude Code, Codex), which I brought into my team's daily work.

### Contact center and CRM on a hexagonal architecture

ComparaOnline · Conversational Commerce · 2022 – 2023

We replaced Bitrix24 and MessageBird with Twilio Flex as the contact center and HubSpot as the CRM. I contributed to the implementation architecture, where we chose a hexagonal architecture.

### User identity and journey

ComparaOnline · Customer Data Platform · 2024 – 2025

We built the user identification system and another one to see every step of the user's path, distinguishing their actions by service blueprint steps and customer journeys.

### Foundations of the finance system

I built the foundations of the internal finance system, so the finance team can consolidate its data and manage its operations on its own.

### The platform that replaced the spreadsheets

ReferenceCheck MX · 2016 – 2022

I designed and built the company's web system from scratch: workflows with role-based access control, a treasury module that extracts bank data and classifies transactions by keyword, and document delivery with real-time notifications.
